I actually trained my white boyfriend to be nipple sensitive. Before they were just flat and non-responsive. Over the past couple of weeks I have noticed they stick out now when aroused. I starting with the light stuff, touching, licking and sucking. We bought some nipple clamps and played with his nips aggressively. Now he cannot get enough. He sees me and immediately wants me to start playing and sucking his nipples. I am more than happy to help. The point is it's possible to train someone to like nipple play.
I actually think it might. Seems to me that a lot of Asian and Latino men have nipple sensitivity and likes nipple play. I haven't been with one yet that has not tried to start some kind of nipple simulation. I am Filipino I get instantly aroused if someone touches my nipples. Most caucasian men I have met didn't seem to have any interest in having their nipples played. I can't comment with blacks as I have never been with one so I don't know what they are like and whether or not they like to have their nipples played with.
